Obituary of Paul Fadnek
Paul Fadnek, age 84, died Saturday, March 11, 2006 at St. Joseph's Wayne Hospital, Wayne. Mr. Fadnek was born April 17, 1921 in Clifton, NJ the son of the late Alex and the late Minnie (Osyniak) Fadnek. He lived in Wayne.
Mr. Fadnek served in the Navy during World War II and was awarded the Asiatic-Pacific Medal with 6 stars and the Philippine Liberation Ribbon with 1 star.
He was employed by Curtiss Wright Fairfield, where he was Maintenance Supervisor for many years before retiring.
Mr. Fadnek was a parishioner and usher at the Annunciation Of The Blessed Virgin Mary RC Church, Wayne.
He is survived by one sister: Mildred Galinak of Clifton, and many nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his wife, May [Donato] in 2003.
Visiting hours will be Wednesday from 2-4 & 6-8PM at Moore's Home For Funerals, 1591 Alps Road, Wayne.The funeral will be Thursday at 9:30AM at Annunciation Of The Blessed Virgin Mary RC Church, 45 Urban Club Rd., Wayne where a Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated by Msgr. Stanley Schinski. Entombment will be in Calvary Cemetery, Paterson.
